Toulon Provence Mediterranée (TPM) conurbation manages the road public transport system which circulates on all the municipalities of Toulon area.
62 bus and boat lines will allow you to circulate on the 300 km of the whole “Mistral” network, for a single fare of €.1.40
This network covers 12 municipalities: Carqueiranne, Hyères-les-Palmiers, la Crau,la Garde, la Seyne-sur-Mer, la Valette-du-Var, le Pradet, le Revest-les-Eaux, Ollioules, Six-Fours-les-Plages, Saint-Mandrier-sur-Mer and Toulon.
The departmental bus station and “VarLib” network.
Opened in May, 2005 the departmental bus station was set-up on the site of former SERNAM which had been vacant for a long time.
Presently, a 350 m2 building welcomes the users of the coaches operating in the urban area and the whole Var department for a €2 single fare.
24 parking platforms allow more than 300 departures per day.
6 bus lines which serve the main cities of the department transport 5,000 travellers daily among which numerous school children.
The realization of this crucial piece of equipment for travelling and the future PEM (multimodal Interchange hub) was accompanied by numerous developments among which the repair of boulevard Tessé and the requalification of the square of the SNCF (French National Railway Company) train station.
